Basis for processing personal data:
The processing of personal data of each of the Users submitting the application through the form takes place in accordance with applicable regulations and doesn’t violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject.

Media:
We collect various types of media from users in order to develop our business and facilitate work organization, also from website visitors. By adding a file to our server, you give us the right to use, delete or publish it. At the same time, we can’t be held responsible for the content sent to us by anonymous users and any inappropriate content will be moderated and removed.
Contact forms:
When it comes to contact forms, the data we store are your name and email address and the answers to questions from the forms, as well as the files you shared.

When you visit the login page, we create a temporary cookie to check if your browser accepts cookies. It doesn’t contain any personal data and will be deleted when you close your browser. When logging in, we additionally create a few cookies needed to save your login information and your chosen screen options. Articles on this site may contain additional, embedded content (such as videos, pictures, articles etc.). Embedded content from other websites works in a similar way as if the user has visited a specific website directly. Sites may collect information about you to a limited extent through the use of our server - for example by interactions with the graphical interface, they can use cookies, use additional, external tracking systems and monitor your interactions with embedded material, including tracking your interactions with it, provided that you have an account and you are logged in to that site. All activities performed as part of embedded content from other websites are subject to the privacy policies provided by the owners of individual websites. The user then has the rights specified in the aforementioned documents and Art Open isn’t held responsible for the actions of users performed within the content embedded from external websites.
Analysis of statistics
We analyze the statistics of our website’s recipients with Google Analytics software. This action provides anonymous information about the users of our website, which we use to improve it in terms of technology and website content. According to Google’s information contained in the Google Ads Data Protection Terms: Service Information, Google Analytics collects the following types of personal data:

- IP addresses and other device identifiers,

- we also use the function: anonymize IP in order to protect user data as required by some countries, such as Germany, applicable based on the GDPR Act.

The data generated by google analytics is shared with Google. All website data is made available only to members of the Art Open team, including the administrator and its employees.
How long we keep your data:
For users who have registered on our website (if any), we also store the personal information entered in the profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal data at any time (except for the username, which cannot be changed). Website administrators can also view and modify this information.
What rights you have to your data:
If you have a user account, you can request delivery of a file with the exported set of your personal data which is in our possession, including all those provided by you. You can also request a deletion of any personal data we hold about you at any time. This doesn’t include any data that we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.
